"Pomegranate" - Hand Painted Decorative Fabric Shade for a Table Lamp

This original, hand-painted lampshade is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece, featuring a vibrant background colour of Farrow and Ball's luminous green "Arsenic."

This striking shade has a lively, stimulating feel, which adds energy to any space. The design is inspired by antique Indian block-printed fabrics, with pomegranate motifs—one of my favourite fruits to paint!

A great source of inspiration for my work comes from antique textiles, which I collect and seek out at prestigious museums such as the Victoria & Albert Museum in London. This lampshade brings the charm of these historic fabrics into your home, making it an artisanal and elegant piece of homeware.

Due to its hand-painted nature, the shade will have a "mottled" appearance when the light is switched on, which adds to the charm and beauty of this artisanal creation.
