"Firle" - Hand Painted Fabric Table Lamp Shade

This original, hand-painted lampshade is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece, designed with inspiration drawn from the beautiful motifs at Charleston Farmhouse in Firle, Sussex, the former home of Bloomsbury group artists Vanessa Bell and Duncan Grant. A long-time favourite interior of mine, this lampshade reflects the artistic, timeless aesthetic of their home.

The background colour is Farrow and Ball's "Mizzle," a soft and calming grey green, making it the perfect addition to your interior design. Whether used as a bedside table lamp, desk lamp, or a statement piece in your living room, this artisanal lampshade will add an elegant touch to any space.

Due to the hand-painted nature of the lampshade, it will have a gently mottled appearance when the light is switched on, enhancing the beauty and uniqueness of this handcrafted piece. The images include one to show the light switched on.
